Hello, I am Brett Wadley. My wife and I own and manage our Utah based cleaning and property maintenance company. Between church service and coaching soccer, I love to spend time with my wonderful wife and four beautiful daughters.

When I was younger I worked for a local window cleaning service. The more I worked, the more I realized that many industry improvements were needed—from professionalism and products to safety training and understanding glass fabrication issues. I realized that I could raise the bar in the industry. Wadleys Window Cleaning was established in 1999. We started small, and as we grew we became familiar with the industry resources as well as organizations and institutes set up to improve the window cleaning industry. I currently serve on the International Window Cleaning Association’s membership committee speaking, consulting and assisting with safety and quality issues. I am always a phone call away to assist anyone in any way I can.

We became aware that many in the industry were servicing window treatments and blinds contrary to manufacturer recommendations. We soon created Wadleys Drapery and Blind Cleaning to fill this void. With the ongoing requests from current clients we expanded with Wadleys Property Maintenance. We now offer a dependable residential and commercial lawn care and snow removal service. We have hired cleaners and technicians who share our commitment to quality service. As long as each customer is treated as our only customer, we will continually accept new clients. We continue our education by attending yearly trade shows, safety seminars and conventions. As part of this ongoing process, I am proud to be Utah’s first nationally certified window cleaner as well as Utah’s first “On-site” certified window treatment cleaning specialist servicing Salt Lake to St. George.

Everyone deserves the best the industry has to offer, and we are pleased to be the company who can provide it. Although not all of our services are currently available from Logan to St. George, we are confident that all Utah residents will soon benefit from our commitment to quality.
